My 15th Bloody Long Walk – Celebrating 100 Walks for Mito
This year marks my 15th Bloody Long walk supporting the Mito Foundation and I am honoured to be part of the 100th walk celebration in Melbourne on May 17.
I was proud to take part in the inaugural walk in 2013, and since then I’ve walked in Sydney East, Sydney North, Wollongong, and now Melbourne. Along the way, I’ve shared the experience with friends, my husband, and my children — all united in supporting families affected by mitochondrial disease.
Congratulations to Sean and the entire Mito Foundation team on reaching this incredible 100-walk milestone. Sean has been both a passionate CEO and a wonderful friend, and this achievement reflects the dedication of the whole Mito community.
Mito is a debilitating, terminal disease that affects thousands of Australian kids and adults. There is no cure. If you would like to support my fundraising this year, any donation would be greatly appreciated to help improve the lives of people living with mitochondrial disease and fund research to find a cure.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
