We're walking 35km in The Bloody Long Walk!
Our team is walking 35km in The Bloody Long Walk to help Australians living with mitochondrial disease.
We know we’ll cross the finish line exhausted and blistered, but that’s nothing compared to what people with mitochondrial disease (mito) go through every day of their lives.
Mito robs the body’s cells of energy, causing multiple organ dysfunction or failure. It can affect anyone at any age.
Please sponsor our walk to fund research into desperately needed treatments and cures for this devastating disease.
Every dollar will make a difference.

Hi N&G, Great work — who knew you’d get into ultra distances! Looks like you’ve found your new calling. 😄 But seriously — what a brilliant way to challenge yourself and support such an important cause. Taking on The Bloody Long Walk for Australians living with mitochondrial disease is something to be truly proud of. You’re not just walking the distance — you’re walking with purpose, and that makes every step count. Make sure to throw out some love too..! From our family to yours, we’re cheering you on all the way. Go earn those blisters for a bloody good reason! 👣💪❤️

Great cause ..
