I'm Walking 35km to Cure Mito in The Bloody Long Walk!
I'm walking 35km in The Bloody Long Walk to help Australians living with mitochondrial disease.
Thatโs 46,200 steps in one day!
I know Iโll cross the finish line exhausted and blistered, but thatโs nothing compared to what people with mitochondrial disease (mito) go through every day of their lives.
Mito robs the bodyโs cells of energy, causing multiple organ dysfunction or failure. It can affect anyone at any age.
Please sponsor my walk to fund research into desperately needed treatments and cures for this devastating disease.
Every dollar will make a difference!
My 35km walk will be bloody tough, but with your support, I know I can do it.
THANK YOU!

Meg, you absolute legend! You’re out there taking on The Bloody Long Walk (again...) You’re smashing kilometres like a true hero — and all for a good cause! Blisters may form, legs may wobble, and you may question all your life choices by kilometre 35... but just remember: you’re doing something incredible. And also, there’s probably some bubbles ๐ฅ waiting at the finish line. Go forth, one step after another for MITO... You've got this, Meg! ๐โ๏ธ๐ช๐

Well done, what a great achievement.
