Walking in honour of little Romy Land

I’ll be walking 35km in ‘The Bloody Long Walk’ to help Australians living with mitochondrial disease in honour of my daughter, Romy.
Romy sadly passed away this year when she was 9 weeks old due to this condition.
‘Mito’ robs the body’s cells of energy, causing multiple organ dysfunction or failure. It can affect anyone at any age. There is currently no cure for these diseases.
It was so difficult to see our baby girl deteriorate so quickly from this condition and we miss her so much.
Please sponsor our walk to raise funds to help improve diagnosis, aid further research into desperately needed treatments and to find cures for this devastating disease.
