Walking for Roman Sorrenti - The Bloody Long Walk!
I’m walking 35km in honour of my beautiful friend's son, Roman, who tragically lost his battle with Mitochondrial disease at just 8 weeks old.
Mito robs the body’s cells of energy, causing multiple organ dysfunction or failure. Sadly, It can affect anyone at any age.
This walk is not about the distance, it’s about making a difference. I’m committed to helping Australians living with Mito and raising funds for crucial research into treatments and cures for this devastating disease.
