The Sweaty Divas are committed to walking 35km (all in one go!) for the Bloody Long Walk, to help Australians living with mitochondrial disease. The tunes will be on point. There may or may not be vapes stashed in a pocket. We'll be complaining about how tired we are from the start line. But we're gonna do it. 

Mito sucks! It steals energy from the body and can cause multiple organ dysfunction or failure. It can affect anyone, at any age. Let's help scientists get to the bottom of it. Pipettes and lab coats aren't cheap! (Are they?). Look, who knows what these scientists are buying. But they're smart and probably aren't buying random stuff off Amazon because they saw it advertised on TikTok. So let's hiff cash their way to get a cure.

Our team is walking 35km in The Bloody Long Walk to help Australians living with mitochondrial disease.

We know we’ll cross the finish line exhausted and blistered, but that’s nothing compared to what people with mitochondrial disease (mito) go through every day of their lives.

Mito robs the body’s cells of energy, causing multiple organ dysfunction or failure. It can affect anyone at any age.
